It is essential to note that Teamworks Wallet operates as a financial technology platform rather than a traditional bank. Banking services are provided by federally insured depository institutions, which include Wells Fargo, N.A., Comerica Bank, and Axos Bank. Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. serves as the technology service provider for banking-related services, while Teamworks Innovations, Inc. partners with Priority to enhance these offerings.

The Teamworks Wallet App offers a variety of features designed to enhance financial management:

• View your total balance across all accounts
• Receive payments more quickly from other Wallet accounts via Influencer Exchange
• Transfer funds in and out of linked external accounts
• Move money seamlessly between Wallet accounts
• Establish automated rules for tax savings
• Manage your debit card efficiently

Accessing the Teamworks Wallet app requires an active Teamworks account with Wallet capabilities enabled.
